The Middle School Drama Club brought the magic of Alice in Wonderland to their school stage in a full-blown musical production that paid homage to the 1951 Disney animated film classic. Bringing an animated feature to life, particularly one where the lead character shrinks and grows several times, presented a series of challenges that required the use of three golden-haired Alices to pull off the desired effect.
The cast and crew combined the talents of over 120 students under the direction of music teacher Thomas DePalo, who also handled set design. Fork Lane music teacher Laurie Haddock pitched in as orchestra director, and music teacher Justin Starr was the vocal director.
