Old Country Road Elementary School is a place where student growth is nurtured, both academically and socially.

Approximately 305 students learn and grow in our school, taught by dedicated staff members and benefiting from a strong curriculum of core academic subjects supplemented with extra-curricular activities. Students participate in Art, Physical Education and Music classes. They also have an opportunity to take part in clubs, such as: Art, Music, Computer, Library and a host of other activities that help them develop personal interests.

Our PTA is an active group, of concerned and energetic parents who support academics through fun and educational activities and programs throughout the school year. Our students benefit from members of our multi-ethnic population and multi-lingual community, who everyday demonstrate their care and concern for our students.

The Old Country Road school community works to ensure that all of our students become educated, well-rounded and civic-minded members of the Hicksville community.
