The Lee Avenue PTA hosted our first Build-A-Book activity night. Parents enjoyed a presentation by Mrs. Mauro, fourth grade teacher, showing parents ways to help their children increase their literacy skills and develop a love for reading. Students became authors by building a book purchased from Scholastic.
